A fun and confident building 5 week course exploring some fantastic peak poses including; Crow, Headstand, Eight Angle Pose, Pinch and more. Focusing on building strength, understanding the foundation of these poses and, most importantly, building up our confidence.

Every Friday | 7pm - 8:30pm | £60 for the 5 weeks
