JOURNEY TO WHEEL: Backbend Workshop

A 2 hour workshop focusing on building strength, mobility, and confidence as we explore our yoga journey. We will flow for 90 minutes, breaking down and exploring the peak pose of ‘Wheel’ before closing our practice with a deep yin yoga stretch to cool dow and relax.
